Greynolds Park Manor, Inc. ("Greynolds"), appeals the June 18, 1985 final order of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services ("HRS"), denying its request for an interim rate increase. We affirm.

Greynolds operates a skilled nursing facility with a fiscal year which runs from June 1 through May 31. Pursuant to an agreement between HRS and Greynolds to participate in Florida's Medical Assistance...
