The Duval County School Board ("School Board") appeals from an order of the State of Florida Commission on Human Relations ("Commission") finding that the School Board had violated the age discrimination provisions of the Human Rights Act of 1977, Section 760.01-.10, Florida Statutes (1983),1 by refusing to reemploy on annual contract Robert Morrow, a teacher who had reached 70 years of age.
