His conviction was affirmed by this Court in a memorandum opinion decided November 18, 1983. Subsequently, defendant moved in the trial court for relief from judgment, alleging a violation of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act (IAD), MCL 780.601 et seq.; MSA 4.147(1) et seq.
