These consolidated appeals present issues concerning the constitutional requirements for obtaining a search warrant.

Appellants are Myles Washington, who pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and to being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, and Linda Burton, who pleaded guilty to possession of heroin.
