This appeal arises out of a confrontation which occurred the late night and early morning of November 6 and 7, 1983, between appellant Marvin Lau (Lau), appellant Joel P. Marenko (Marenko) and the employees and some patrons at the Longhorn Bar in Canoga Park. The only facts which are not in dispute are that Lau and Marenko visited...
