The appellant, Anthony Maurice Johnson, was tried and convicted by a jury on indictments charging him with abduction, robbery and two counts of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He was sentenced to thirty-one years in the penitentiary in accordance with the jury's verdicts.
