Sheryl Parkins brought this products liability action, based upon theories of negligence and strict liability, for injuries received when her arm was crushed in a nip point1 of a conveyor. In her complaint she alleged the conveyor was defectively designed by Van Doren Sales, Inc., who also failed to warn of the dangerous condition created by the nip point. Van Doren's motion for summary judgment dismissing the action was granted...
