This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of Washington Federal Savings and Loan Association (Association), appellee, against Marc D. and Sandra S. Stein, appellants, in a mortgage foreclosure action. The Steins argue that 1) there are disputed issues of material fact to be decided and therefore summary judgment should not have been granted, and 2) their counterclaim was appropriate in a mortgage foreclosure...
