This appeal arises from a jury verdict finding plaintiff, James H. Gravois, 40% at fault and defendant Michael Joseph Trauth 60% at fault for injuries plaintiff sustained in an automobile accident. Gravois was a guest passenger in a small sports car driven by defendant at the time of the collision. Trauth was killed in the accident and was uninsured.
