CIACCIO, Judge.

Plaintiff, Gloria Sierra, filed suit to recover damages for injuries suffered when she slipped and fell on a broken bottle while shopping in the defendant's store. The jury found the defendant solely liable for Ms. Sierra's injuries and awarded her damages of $15,500. Defendant appeals this judgment and we affirm.
