Defendant, Wilbert Washington, appeals his convictions of driving while intoxicated, second offense, reckless operation of a vehicle, and driving with an expired vehicle inspection tag. On the DWI conviction defendant was sentenced to 30 days in jail with a suspended sentence conditioned upon defendant's attendance at a substance abuse program, a driving improvement program and performance of 38 hours of community service.
