Appellant, Louis Jennings Patterson, Jr., was convicted in a jury trial on seven counts of embezzling from his former employer, White's Truck Stop, Inc., during the period dated January 1, 1980 through June 30, 1983. On appeal, he challenges the refusal of the trial court to grant him access to certain corporate records, and he argues that the court erred in certain rulings regarding expert testimony.
