The defendant has appealed from a judgment for the plaintiffs in an action on a contract for the purchase and sale of land with a house then under construction thereon in Newtown. The pro se defendant, who was the owner and builder of the house, has raised four claims of error with regard to the court's findings and award of damages.1 We find no error.
