The defendant, John McDonald, appealed from a judgment entered against him in a G.L.c. 93A action by the small claims session of a District Court. A Superior Court judge ordered the dismissal of the appeal for lack of jurisdiction, and remanded the case to the District Court for entry of a final judgment.
