Associates (Quad), the owner and operator of a restaurant known as Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers (Wendy's), appeal from judgments entered by the district court for Douglas County, Nebraska, sustaining Quad's motions for summary judgment and dismissing appellants' actions against Quad.
