This is an appeal of a negligence action in which the trial court struck the plaintiff's evidence at the conclusion of plaintiff's case. Eddie Duane Endicott, a thirteen-year-old boy who was riding a bicycle on State Route 205 in King George County, was involved in a collision with a car driven by Lorene G. Rich.
