LARSON, Justice.

The defendant, Ronald LaWayne Chancy, has appealed from his conviction of third-degree sexual abuse under Iowa Code section 709.4(2) (1983) (sex act with person mentally incapable of giving consent). He claims (1) the court erred in admitting testimony of a social worker and a school psychologist on the question of the victim's capacity to give consent; and (2) the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict.
