By a decision of the Board of Probation and Parole (Board) dated January 23, 1984, Paul Moore (Petitioner) was recommitted to serve 24 months of backtime as a technical and convicted parole violator. On June 6, 1984, he filed a request for administrative relief with the Board, which request was dismissed as untimely.
