JACKSON, J.:

Appellant, Carl D. Tucker, appeals the denial of relief requested pursuant to K.S.A. 60-1507. On February 8, 1983, appellant was convicted of aggravated battery. On February 25, 1983, sentence was imposed by the trial court. The journal entry of judgment concerning the sentencing reads as follows:

"IT IS THE SENTENCE OF THIS COURT AND IT IS HEREBY CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that...
