Paul Phillip Lindsey (defendant) was found guilty by a jury of two counts of incest and six counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. A.R.S. §§ 13-3608 and 13-3553. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment: five and eight years for the incest counts and 21 years for each count of sexual exploitation. A.R.S. §§ 13-701 and 13-702.
