This appeal arises from a judgment granting a peremptory exception of prescription on a Jones Act claim brought by plaintiff, Johnnie J. Rousseau against his employer, H.B. "Buster" Hughes, Inc., (Hughes), his employer's insurer, Employers Mutual of Wausau, and various other parties.
