PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal as of right from an order of the circuit court affirming a decision of the Michigan Employment Security Commission Board of Review which upheld the finding of the referee that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment compensation benefits pursuant to MCL 421.29(1)(a); MSA 17.531(1)(a).

Claimant was employed as a nurse's aid at a nursing home operated by Smith-Jamieson, Inc.
