From October, 1981, to April, 1982, attorney John Butler, a partner of the Lundy, Butler and Lundy law firm, represented Susan Bierman in her dissolution proceeding. When Mr. Butler took the case from Mrs. Bierman's prior counsel, preparation for trial had not yet begun.
