BROTHERTON, Justice:

The Circuit Court of Ohio County sentenced the defendant, Phyllis Thompson, to from one-to-five years in the state penitentiary for delivery of marijuana. On appeal she complains that the trial court committed various errors, both during the trial of the case and during the sentencing process. While we can find no reversible error during the trial, we do believe that the procedures followed during sentencing...
