We granted petitions for further review of a trial court order dismissing sex discrimination actions by female teachers against 27 school districts and denying, in part, summary judgment to 3 school districts. The court of appeals reversed the dismissals and affirmed denial of summary judgment to 3 districts. Carlson v. Independent School District No. 283, 370 N.W.2d 51 (Minn.App.1985).
