The defendant was convicted by a jury of one count of harassment in violation of General Statutes § 53a-183. From the judgment of conviction, the defendant has appealed claiming that the trial court erred (1) in making certain evidentiary rulings, (2) in failing to issue a capias, and (3) in engaging in judicial misconduct.
