Appellants Albert Sanders (Sanders) and his wife, Eleanore (Mrs. Sanders), brought suit against multiple defendants for damages attributable to injuries received by Sanders while he was employed at Youngstown Sheet and Tube Company. The injuries occurred when a section of a dust receptacle dropped through the roof and onto the floor of Sanders' work area.
