PARKER, Judge.

In his sole assignment of error, defendant contends that his conviction for uttering a check with a forged endorsement in violation of G.S. 14-120 must be reversed because the evidence was insufficient, as a matter of law, to allow a reasonable jury to find that he had the requisite knowledge that the endorsement was forged.
