PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and OUIL, third offense, MCL 257.625(1) and (6); MSA 9.2325(1) and (6). Defendant was sentenced to one year in jail with work release, five years probation and a $500 fine.

Officers Kenneth Schroeder and Arthur DeVriendt of the Lapeer County Sheriff's Department stopped defendant after observing him drive in the wrong traffic lane on Davison Road...
