OPINION

HAIRE, Judge.

The primary issue in this appeal is whether the trial court erred in modifying an arbitration award by including pre-award interest in the judgment confirming the award.

Avenue Developments, Inc. (Avenue) entered into a construction contract with Creative Builders, Inc. (Creative) to build a mini-storage and office facility for Avenue. A dispute arose prior to completion of the building and Avenue ordered Creative off the job...
