The plaintiff, who was formerly married to the defendant, moved to foreclose a judgment lien against the defendant's interest in real estate located in West Haven. The defendant claimed that the default judgment for support arrearage upon which the judgment lien is based was void since the court lacked jurisdiction over the defendant.
