Walter Borucki appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court, Kennebec County, entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty on two counts. Count I involved a charge of gross sexual misconduct in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 253(1)(B) (Supp.1985-1986). Count II involved a charge of unlawful sexual contact in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 255(1)(C) (Supp. 1985-1986). Borucki contends, inter alia, that his conviction on each count...
