Antonio Gasset seeks review of an order of the circuit court, appellate division, affirming his conviction in county court for driving while under the influence of alcohol. We have jurisdiction pursuant to article V, section 4(b)(3), of the Constitution of the State of Florida and Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.030(b)(2)(B). For the reasons which follow, we decline to grant certiorari.
