PER CURIAM.

On September 9, 1985, following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of voluntary manslaughter in violation of MCL 750.321; MSA 28.553. The sentencing guidelines recommended a minimum sentence range of from three to eight years. On September 18, 1985, defendant was sentenced to prison for not less than ten years and not more than fifteen years. Defendant appeals as of right.
