This is a case of alleged fraud on the sellers of corporate stock. In the trial court the defendants obtained summary judgment against all of the sellers based on a statute of limitations defense. Those judgments were affirmed as to certain sellers by the Court of Special Appeals. O'Hara v. Kovens, 60 Md.App. 619, 484 A.2d 275 (1984). We granted cross-petitions for certiorari...
