ARNOLD, Judge.

Defendant contends the trial court erred in failing to set aside the jury's verdict as contrary to law. Defendant specifically asserts that the court erred in excluding the affidavits of the three jurors from evidence based upon G.S. 8C-1, Rule 606(b) of the North Carolina Rules of Evidence and G.S. 15A-1240. We disagree.
