Appellant was indicted on December 19, 1983 with two counts of the sale of a narcotic drug in violation of A.R.S. § 13-3406 (Supp. 1985) (Cause No. CR-137653). Appellant pled guilty to one count, a class 2 felony on April 4, 1984. The imposition of sentence was suspended for a period of five years and appellant was placed on probation.
