On January 13, 1986, CLC of America, Inc. ("CLC") filed its voluntary Chapter 11 petition in this Court. Prior to bankruptcy CLC had been sued in Arizona state court by Lakeshore Equipment Distributors, Inc. ("Lakeshore").
