This is a motor vehicle tort case arising out of a fatal accident involving a 1976 Chevrolet Corvette automobile manufactured by General Motors Corporation (General Motors) and owned by Donahue Chevrolet, Inc. (Donahue Chevrolet). In the complaint, Katherine E. Mason, as administratrix of the estates of Robert L. Day, Sr., and Robert L. Day, Jr., and as representative of the decedents' next of kin, made claims for conscious suffering and wrongful death...
