OPINION BY JUDGE COLINS, January 30, 1986:

Blue Mountain School District (employer) appeals an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) reversing a decision of the referee which denied unemployment compensation benefits to Larry H. Ross (claimant), a suspended teacher with thirty-one years of teaching experience, for alleged acts of willful misconduct, pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law.1
