Plaintiff Attorney General for the State of Michigan appeals from a circuit court order granting defendant Michigan Public Service Commission's motion for accelerated judgment. The circuit court held that plaintiff's complaint for review of certain PSC orders was not timely filed in the circuit court. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
