This is an appeal by the Richard Greene Coal Co., employer, of an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which reversed the referee's denial of benefits to claimant Florence Shirey. Mrs. Shirey had filed for fatal claim benefits alleging that her husband died of anthraco-silicosis, a form of pneumoconiosis resulting from prolonged exposure to the dust of anthracite or bituminous coal and a compensable occupational...
