Appellant's conviction for abandonment of his minor children (OCGA § 19-10-1) must be reversed for the same reason given for reversal in Elam v. State, 138 Ga.App. 432 (226 S.E.2d 290) (1976): the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict and judgment.
