Plaintiff filed suit in Washtenaw Circuit Court alleging employment discrimination against the defendant under the Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) et seq. The circuit court determined that plaintiff's complaint asserting employment discrimination, based on her involvement in an interracial marriage, failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted and granted defendant's motion for summary judgment.
