OPINION

FERNANDEZ, Judge.

After a jury trial, the appellant was found guilty of attempted armed robbery. The jury also found that appellant has three prior felony convictions. He was sentenced to 11.25 years' imprisonment.

On appeal appellant contends that 1) the court should have granted his motion to dismiss because of prosecutorial misconduct, 2) there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction, and 3) the court erred in failing to instruct...
