Following a jury trial, the defendant, Ricky Webb was found guilty of rape and unlawful restraint and not guilty of deviate sexual assault and attempted rape. Defendant was sentenced to 15 years for rape and a concurrent three year term for unlawful restraint. Defendant now appeals his conviction and sentence.
