This is an appeal by the Commonwealth from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County (per Judge Robert L. Walker) entered December 27, 1983, granting Appellee's, Wayne D. Elslagers' and Danny Thomas Perrys', Motions for New Trial and suppression of statements made by Appellees as well as suppression of the contents of a duffle bag.1
