Acting pursuant to the provisions of section 2-7(3) of the Juvenile Court Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 37, par. 702-7(3)) the circuit court of Macon County permitted the criminal prosecution of defendant, Gary Clark, then 14 years of age, for several crimes including two murders.
