This negligence action arises out of a Seneca County accident involving two tractor trailers. As a result of this incident, plaintiff, a Sullivan County resident and operator of one of the vehicles, suffered severe injuries; he instituted suit in Sullivan County. Defendants Springbrook Grain Company and John H. Parish (hereinafter defendants), residents of Seneca County, moved pursuant to CPLR 510 (3) to change the venue to Seneca County...
