Richard Myren appeals from a judgment convicting him on two counts of burglary, party to the crime, secs. 943.10(1) and 939.05(1), Stats. He argues that the trial court improperly admitted at trial evidence of an accomplice's confession and the accomplice's testimony at the preliminary hearing.
